Introduction:

Industrial crates washer and drying machine, also known as turnover tray/basket washer dryer, is an automatic container washing equipment for replacing the manual work.

◆ The main material is 304 stainless steel;

◆ The nozzles are made of food grade high temperature resistant plastic or stainless steel, their angles are adjustable; 

◆ The motor speed is stepless adjustable or variable-frequency adjustable, suitable for adusting different washing time;

◆ Steam heating or electric heating.

A large amount of moisture adheres to the surface of the cleaned basket, the air drying section solves this problem through the following methods:

Water removal section:High-pressure air knife (generated by a high-power fans) to form a flat high-speed airflow in the four directions of the basket, like a scraper, "cutting off" and blowing away surface water droplets.

Drying section (optional): The crates are finally dried by circulating hot air (usually set at 60-100 ℃) to ensure that they are completely dry.
