Three core parts: peeling compartment, transmission system, and electrical control box.

A rotating cutting disc group integrates staggered distribution blades is installed in the peeling chamber, which is driven by the motor to achieve a high cutting speed, it is equipped with a leak proof structure to ensure the sealing during the processing.

The transmission system includes a propulsion device and a chain conveyor mechanism, which can adjust the material propulsion speed (0.2-1.5m/min) to adapt to the characteristics of different varieties of potatoes.
