Introduction of double jacketed steam kettle:

Industrial steam jacketed kettle works with steam generated from an external boiler to be passed through pipes into the jacket of the pot body for heating,suitable for large-scale and continuous production.

Structure: A double-layer structure consisting of an inner and outer pot body. During work, steam with a certain pressure (such as 0.09Mpa or 0.3Mpa) is introduced into this interlayer space through pipelines.

Heat exchange process: High temperature steam flows in the interlayer and transfers heat to the material through the inner pot wall. At the same time, the steam itself condenses into water and is discharged from the drain valve.

Temperature control: By adjusting the opening of the steam valve to control the steam intake, the temperature can be controlled.
