Introduction:

The fully automatic thermoforming vacuum packing machine, works with a roll of plastic packaging film. In its forming chamber, the roll of film is automatically formed into packaging bags through techniques such as heating and vacuum negative pressure stretching. Working Principle:

After stretching and forming the lower film in the molding workshop, the packaging material is placed into the molded lower mold cavity. Then, vacuum or vacuum inflation is performed in the vacuum sealing chamber, and the upper and lower films are thermally sealed together. Afterwards, the packaging material is cut by the cutting system and divided. The remaining waste film material is recycled by the waste film rewinding system.
